About the role


CSO is a crucial role within the business as you will proactively offer a high level of administration support directly to the firm Directors and staff.

Developing and Maintaining strong Client relationships is paramount to this role.

Key responsibilities

Supporting Clients and working closely with the Client Service Co-Ordinator's.

High level Administrative Support assisting Clients, Staff including Directors and Managers within the Business.

Processing and Lodging ATO Tax returns.

Prepare reports and invoices.

About you

Previous high level administrative support experience with an accounting practice.

Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail and accuracy orientated.

Advanced experience with Microsoft suite and platforms such as CAS, Xero Practice Manager, Tax agent portal.

Experience in processing lodging tax returns.
