About the role:
Join the Acratex team in an exciting opportunity influencing both internal business units and external key-stakeholders to influence company growth this will be an integral part of the AcraTex business.
This role will be one of true influence, where you can impact direct outcomes for both internal and external partners using your business skills and commercial acumen.
The purpose of the Trade Sales Development Executive's position is to optimise business profitability and market share through working collaboratively with all state-based trade facing sales functions, including territory managers & specifiers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Commercial Acratex Business Engagement and Development of the Project Pipeline
- Direct engagement with Acratex customers, influencing sales involvement
- Coaching and motivating internal business units, sales executives and store owners and representatives
- Product education both internally and externally
- Developing Acratex succession plans to drive staff engagement
- Building and maintaining a positive team culture and strong safety focus

Skills & Experience
This is a role with real scope, so you'll need to bring strong sales management skills, solid business acumen and a results-orientated approach to succeed.
As a confident problem solver and negotiator, you'll drive business improvements from the front, supporting teams with change along the way.
Other key skills and experience include:
- Experience or have the motivation to work within coaching, development and engaging a team
- Solid sales understandings and skillset
- Budget and financial management skills
- Confidence with product and Dulux/Acratex processes
