About the role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage all administrative support services within Centralised Specialist Outpatient Services (CSOS), ensuring an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential service is consistently provided. Provide advice and support and consult with the Nurse Unit Manager, Director Outpatients and Manager Administration Services Critical Care and Clinical Support Services (CC&CSS) on service delivery, patient activity and Human resources relating to the management of administrative staff within the unit.
