Base Salary + Super + Training
Our client is a leading full-service technology group in Sydney CBD looking for a Junior IT Engineer who is enthusiastic about what they do, who wishes to grow their career and is eager to take on new challenges, with a learning mindset.
You will be involved in:
- Providing end user support
- Resolving internet outages
- Office 365 license management
- Managing antivirus and security updates
- LAN and WAN support of networking software/hardware
- Maintain documentation, reports and records regarding infrastructure solutions deployed
To thrive in this role, you will need to have:
- Recent Tertiary qualification in Networks/Systems Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar discipline.
- Outstanding customer service
- A desire to be a true team player
- An understanding of Windows server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, switches, routers, Exchange and/or VMware etc.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
