_HR Manager ; This is a fulltime position but may also suit someone looking for flexible hours or potentially a 4 day week.

Our client is a global leader in fine chemicals, with significant market share in printing inks, organic pigments, synthetic resins and PPS compounds.

The organisation operates in excess of 60 countries and territories and its markets include foods, automotive, housing and electronics.

KEY CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary level qualification in a relevant HR or IR discipline.
Extensive human resource management experience (typically in excess of 7 years) at a senior level in the manufacturing industry.
Strong IR & ER experience in an organization which has experienced restructure projects.
Proven highly developed people management skills.
Proven relationship development and maintenance experience combined with developed business acumen.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in negotiation, handling conflict and confrontation, and facilitating resolution.
Proven experience of business communication and highly developed written and verbal communications skills.
Experience of developing strategy and implementation plans to business level.
Experience in managing projects.
Ability to manage costs and budgets (P&L management)
