We are excited to be recruiting for a Store Manager for a nationwide leading picture frame supplier.

This company creates Australia's finest custom picture frames and have stores across Victoria in addition to a successful national e-commerce shop.

This is a great opportunity for someone with store management experience to step into a

business manager position based in Doncaster.

The role

This role will involve you managing your own team whilst working with them to achieve sales targets and visual merchandising.

This position is all about leadership and ensuring that your team have the knowledge and coaching to help the store achieve its targets and KPI's.

This position is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about delivering custom designs for clients and is comfortable and has experience of being in a consultative sales role.

Full time permanent position
Working from Tuesday-Saturday (dependent upon business needs)

What skills/experience do you need to have?

To be successful in this position you will have previous management/senior customer service experience within a retail environment and be eager to hit the ground running in a leadership role You will have some experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs and an interest within the creative visual arts space is desirable.
