Group Program Coordinator in Melbourne. The opportunity is for a February start with the potential of extension of up to three years.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Stakeholder engagement & marketing
- Group program planning & coordination for the region
- Recruitment and onboarding of facilitators and trainers
- Group intake, screening and reporting
- Educational Workshop Clinical Activities
- Clinical Group Coordination
- Quality control of service delivery
- Oversight of financial tasks
To be successful you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in training and facilitation, ideally within a mental health / community sector or
- Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Mental Health Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration or as a mental health accredited Social Worker registered with AASW.
- Working with Children (WWC)
- Knowledge of mental health programs
- Current drivers licence
- An understanding of the challenges faced by those who have served in the Australian Defence Force

- Monday to Friday
- 12 month contract with the view to extend of up to 3 years
