Duties:
Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

• Develop and implement Performance Marketing strategies
• Plan, organise and develop all client deliverables and communications
• Test, scale and optimise campaigns in Google Ads, Google Shopping and Bing Ads and other channels including but not limited to Facebook Ads, lnstagram Ads and Criteo
• Keep up to date on new developments in Performance Marketing, actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improve results
• Provide specialist Performance Marketing advice and insights to broader Pattern team and feed into consulting projects as required
• Regularly review lines of delivery to ensure they are still in accordance with best practice performance marketing approach
• Managing client communications & strategy regarding online advertising

Salary:
$100, $115,000.00 per year
