We're hiring
Girardi Human Resources was established in 2016 and is based in Sunshine. Girardi HR is headed up by John Girardi, a HR professional with 25 years' experience.

Girardi HR has experience across a range of industries including pharmacy, manufacturing and technology, automotive, medical, hospitality and building and construction.

Clients span the public, private and not for profit sectors, and small to medium enterprises to publicly listed companies.

We are growing and would love the help of an experienced HR generalist on a casual basis. Must have a relevant degree. Hours could vary from week to week. Pay rate is $35+/hr depending on experience.

We work out of a co-working space in Sunshine, and you would need to come into the office to work.

There may be some work from home options in the future, but not initially.

The role would involve assisting with employment contracts, drafting documents such as policies, advising on Fair Work processes and Awards etc.

There would be some recruitment (but not much).

Good writing and communication skills are critical, as is confidence in speaking to people (e.g. potential applicants and clients).
