    We are looking for a driven individual to join an established company working across finance and property development. Join an experienced team driving growth across several facets of their business. Taking on a role as a Mortgage Broker you will be the point of contact for the lending needs of customers. This role has the scope to grow and can be really taken on and shaped by you, with an equity share of the business on offer long term.

    This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same. The successful candidate will be working collaboratively alongside the Director, working across all mortgage broking tasks, with support and an offshore team, making sure you focus on the key parts of your role.

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a mortgage broking background to join a great team and grow with the business

    About you:

    • Strong broking experience with your Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
    • Integrity and a driven attitude to work autonomously driving business growth
    • Excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism
    • Proven experience in providing broking and lending advice to clients, taking the process from application to settlement
    • Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
    • Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers


    About the role:

    • Manage end-to-end processing of mortgage and finance applications
    • Understanding clients' goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
    • Building relationships with customers and referral partners
    • Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
    • Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
