Property Manager


This is a great opportunity for a dedicated Property Manager to join a positive, collaborative working environment in South Yarra area.

Role available due to growth at the company.


JOB DUTIES:


  • Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties, residential homes/apartments
  • Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Routine inspections and reports
  • Lease renewals
  • Dealing with owners

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
  • Property Management Experience
