What we're looking for:
Collar are seeking an engaging individual who is innovative and driven to succeed in a fast-growing industry.
As a Maintenance Manager for a Battery energy storage facility in WA you will have a shared passion for clean energy transition, along with experience in planning, scheduling, subcontractor management within the energy sector.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Perform and complete the required scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise, monitor, and maximise the performance of the plant to guarantee the full operation of the systems.
- Accumulate all related documentation on any site maintenance.
- Engage with customer to develop and maintain relationships
- Onsite and remote support to customers to minimise failures and faults.
- Design and implement O&M strategies
Skills, experience and qualifications:
As the successful applicant you should have the following experience and attributes:
- University or trade qualified (Australian Electrical/Electronic or equivalent).
- WA Electrical License (mandatory).
- A minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager/Electrical Supervisor or higher
- Energy sector experience.
- Proven track record in executing effective health and safety management on site.
- Familiarity with SAP PM or Similar CMMS.
- Working knowledge of Siemens Place and HMI's AND Scada Systems desirable
