Join the City of Gold Coast as the Executive General Manager Business Services and lead the core corporate operations of the City, ensuring seamless and efficient organisation operations, enhanced public spaces through digital connectivity and delivering value for money to the community.


As the Executive General Manager (EGM), you will lead a strong and efficient business team, ensuring the elimination of duplication across the organisation.

Your expertise will provide insight and direction that enhances the overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the City's services, ultimately benefiting the City's community.


The Business Services Department will leverage the skills of its information technology specialists to deliver digitally connected public areas across the City.

This initiative will significantly contribute to the overall amenity, liveability and workability of the City's urban environment, offering seamless connectivity for residents and visitors alike.


To excel in this position, you must possess a proven track record in strategic planning and business management in large and complex enterprises.

A comprehensive understanding of organisational processes and the ability to drive streamlined operations will be vital in achieving success.
