Our opportunity:


Reporting to the MyneSight Compliance Manager, and working as part of the MyneSight centralised team based at our Wollongong training facility, this role is perfect for an administration professional that has a passion for training and education.

This is an opportunity to put your own stamp on this role, supporting our rapidly growing RTO to establish, maintain and continuously improve quality processes and systems.


_ Key responsibilities include but not limited to:_

  • Assisting with online bookings;
  • Supporting student and client communications through our training system aXcelerate;
  • Facilitating course payments;
  • Effectively filing electronic and hard copy student files and training documents
  • Actively following up payments;
  • Providing support to trainers and assessors and coordinating delivery of training by preparing/maintaining training sequence, attendance sheets, training plans and relevant documents;
  • Assisting to update RTO documents as per request, eg. forms and templates;
  • Assisting to prepare training data and lodge reports;
  • Providing support to students to facilitate training engagement;
  • Issuing statements of attainment and certificates;
  • Manage front desk duties i.e Phone calls, greeting people, ordering supplies and other adhoc tasks.

About you:


Our Administration Assistant will have exceptional attention to detail and have a proactive and positive attitude to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

Ideally you will have prior experience work in a training organisation or department or busy administration team, where you regularly juggled multiple priorities and expectations to ensure you deliver quality outcomes for all your key clients and stakeholders.


_ Minimum skills and experience required:_

  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Sound level consultative, analytical and proactive problemsolving skills;
  • Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent numerical and written communication skills;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results;
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  • Exposure to training management system aXcelerate highly desirable but not essential;
  • Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous).
