Our Client
Our client is a large and innovative government agency dedicated to uplifting digital capability within the Federal Government.
Working with our client, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale, cross-agency ICT projects which will improve the delivery of government online services for Australians.
The Role
Our client is seeking 2 Digital Contracts and Finance Officers who has the ability to collate and review large amounts of data and calculate accurate administration fees.
This role includes Debt Recovery activities and an understanding of the PGPA Act and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage financial processes including branch financials and internal budget reporting
- Issue Accounts receivable invoices for several government organisations
- Reconciliation and monitoring of customer account and payments
- Ensure the accuracy and data integrity of contractual information
- Oversight and contract management
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Debt Recovery processes
- Ability to learn and use Financial Management Information Software
- Understanding of contract management and procurement
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
