Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain productivity and quality.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure efficient project delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.
Demonstrate a handson approach, assisting with tasks as required to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and a strong work ethic.
Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry, with a focus on luxury custombuilt homes.
Strong technical knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Proven leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving.
A willingness to be handson and get involved in all aspects of site supervision, including physical work when necessary.
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
