The NEPM - First Nations will also assist imbed the implementation of the Employer Services strategy throughout the team by supporting the development of policy, procedures, and other related strategic projects.
The NEPM - First Nations will be responsible for achieving performance outcomes and targets and support the development of a strategy that is market leading.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage sustainable relationships with key stakeholders including First Nations Service organisations, RTO's, community organisations etc.
- Develop and implement a process to measure performance and promote continuous improvement
- Promote Asuria and continuously seek ways to enhance and embed our offerings into the business of new partnerships
- Provide comprehensive reporting on the partnerships, the service delivery program and the results achieved
What sets you apart from the rest?
- Experience assisting First Nations jobseekers into work
- 2+ years relevant recruitment or industry experience
- Experience in and/or knowledge of developing and/or delivering programs designed to assist First Nations people gain and sustain employment
- Tertiary qualification in business/project management/sales or a related discipline (desired).
- Relevant qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Project/Change Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment activities especially with large complex organizations
- Knowledge of issues impacting First Nations people in the context of gaining and sustaining employment
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to deliver outcomes on time
