Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice or technical leadership and be proactive in looking for opportunities on how Service Delivery can be improved
  • Oversee daytoday operations in supporting L2 and Application teams
  • Identify security risks [Advisor report] and coordinate their remediation
  • Responsible for staffing capacity planning and effective team performance/utilization along with the SDM/Team Lead
  • Review existing systems & platforms and recommend changes and improvements
  • Perform proactive checks, health and performance monitoring and address incidents
  • Support project deliveries by ensuring successful implementation of new systems, platforms and upgrades

  • Extensive experience leading complex Infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in in Azure resources, networking, system admin, cybersecurity and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing onshore and offshore stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced, consulting environment
  • IT Qualification and Azure Certified
  • Strong Knowledge in ITSM
