Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

Provide technical advice or technical leadership and be proactive in looking for opportunities on how Service Delivery can be improved
Oversee daytoday operations in supporting L2 and Application teams
Identify security risks [Advisor report] and coordinate their remediation
Responsible for staffing capacity planning and effective team performance/utilization along with the SDM/Team Lead
Review existing systems & platforms and recommend changes and improvements
Perform proactive checks, health and performance monitoring and address incidents
Support project deliveries by ensuring successful implementation of new systems, platforms and upgrades

Extensive experience leading complex Infrastructure projects
Strong background in in Azure resources, networking, system admin, cybersecurity and infrastructure
Excellent communication skills and experience managing onshore and offshore stakeholder relationships
Ability to work within a fastpaced, consulting environment
IT Qualification and Azure Certified
Strong Knowledge in ITSM
