Commercial Controls team is a critical part of this initiative that leverages industry trends, strategic insights and analytics to help the organization identify and pursue areas of process transformation.

This Controls Transformation Lead role will be a core part of the small but savvy Commercial Controls team and will work closely with process leaders and functional experts across our Australia Foods business.

This role work with a team focused on synthesizing and communicating key data to identify and prioritize process transformation opportunities the organization could pursue.

The work will be fast-paced, deeply analytical, and hinge on the ability to translate analytics into clear and compelling stories that influence the stakeholders.


To be successful in this role you will need to be perpetually curious, enjoy building an intimate knowledge of our D&A structure, operating model, IT systems and be fuelled by analytically linking key choices to productivity and operational outcomes at a granular and actionable level.

You'll also need to enjoy highly collaborative ways of working in a project-based environment, be comfortable with building and giving presentations to multiple levels of the organization, and have strong organization/ time-management skills.

A thorough understanding of the Australian retailers' practices and exposure into key portions of our commercial, supply chain and GTM operations will be very helpful for success.


Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

  • Synthesize data across D&A budget setup and claims settlement to identify top trends and critical business issues that are impacting process efficiency.
Engage with key stakeholders to build support and consensus for simplification initiatives including and not limited to:
review of D&A structure, GTM model and R&R across different teams.

  • Challenge status quo to help build and maintain transformation pipeline, including synthesizing findings from complex analyses into a clear and logical presentations to align key business owners.
  • Evaluate the success of changes postimplementation to ensure that objectives are met and make recommendations for further improvements.
  • Communicate progress, milestones and challenges related to change initiatives to senior management and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall goals.
  • Flowcharting and identifying areas of opportunities and gaps in current work practices. Developing, testing and implementing improvements to ensure effective execution.

High Radius Optimization

  • Continue change management journey for High Radius to enable adaption of new processes, tools and workflows.
  • Monitor defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against planned target for High Radius solution.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimise High Radius utilisation and monitoring KPIs to reduce complexity, minimize error and expedite claims processing.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new processes post High Radius implementation.
  • Lead relationship management between High Radius, customers and business; follow up & resolve escalated issues. Work with cross functional team to resolve issues

Agile Operations**- Manage effectiveness of OTC activities outsourced to Shared Service team through review of SLAs, key reports and metrics, escalating any recurring issues to the Commercial Controller.

  • Analyse aged items/abnormal claims, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in alignment with key stakeholders to prevent reoccurrence.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience working on ERP solutions preferably SAP and High Radius
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving capabilities with ability to challenge status quo
  • Knowledge of Australian FMCG landscape and Major retailers in industry is preferred
  • Experience of driving successful projects and working with clients to deliver project objectives
