We are a family business that has been operating in Hunters Hill for over 16 years, selling curtains, blinds, shutters and awnings in the middle to upper end of the market.

Our beautiful and stylish showroom needs a new manager. We provide our customers with well-priced, high-end products that befit their high quality, and sometimes heritage, homes.

The new manager will need to be friendly, smart and enjoy working with customers and within a small team.

It is essential for you to be confident on the phone, dealing with customers and suppliers.

You will need to be proficient with standard office computer products to help with quotes and dealing with online transactions.

Most importantly, you must enjoy working with fabrics and colour, although formal training is not a requirement.

We are happy to provide flexible working hours to fit with a family lifestyle.

The job entails:

Opening and closing the showroom
Answering phones and booking appointmentsQuickly interacting with customers
Preparing samples for appointments from over 20,000 of our wonderful samples
Maintaining the showroom in a manner befitting its unique and stunning style
Greeting walkin customers and people with appointments
Organising incoming courier deliveries
Arranging office supplies
Assisting with quotes
Managing social media posts and newsletter mailouts and organizing small internal customerfocused functions
Assisting in followups with customers and suppliers
Supporting the very busy founder and business owner
Being very organized and wellpresented
