We offer -
flexibility to work from home 3 days a week, no weekend work, no maintenance, leasing or accounts duties, an assistant who will do all of your on-road duties plus a supportive & fun work environment.
Working in pods rather than as individuals, we're empowered by our own tech and supported by our specialist teams in maintenance, leasing, compliance, trust accounting and more.
Working closely with key internal stakeholders to provide a seamless experience for both owners and tenants, your key responsibilities in the role of Property Manager will include:
- Go above and beyond and provide a high touchpoint service to Landlords and Tenants and ensure they have a continual positive experience
- Find opportunities to surprise and delight your clients with thoughtful messages, invitations to give feedback, and provide proactive advice
- Take control over complex issues think outside the box to solve unique issues (with support)
- Owner & tenant queries & escalations
- Arrears
- All notices (e.g., entry notices, breach notices)
- Reviewing and sharing routine inspection reports
- Vacates
- Tenant and owner onboarding for takeovers.
Who are you?
- 3 + years previous experience in a Property Management role is essential
- Current Real Estate qualifications are a must
- You will be techsavvy, extremely passionate, and full of innovative ideas
- A proactive and resourceful approach to conflict resolution and problemsolving
- A confident communicator who can work collaboratively and wear multiple hats
- Exemplary communication and problemsolving skills
- You will be super switchedon and able to work at a high volume and an incredibly fast pace
- Must have an excellent phone manner and be well versed in dialogue for negotiation, price reduction conversations, etc.
- High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
