About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and contributing to pipeline creation.

Your primary focus will be monitoring and responding to inbound leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to ultimately convert leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What you'll get to do

  • Inbound Lead Management:
  • Monitor and manage incoming leads from various sources, including phone and website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Respond promptly and according to SLAs to inbound leads, gathering initial information and assessing their potential fit as opportunities for our sales team.
  • Schedule highquality, BANT qualified meetings (SQLs) for Account Executives.
  • Account Enrichment:
  • Research, gather, and update relevant contact and account information for inbound leads to enhance data quality in our CRM system.
  • Update and maintain accurate contact details, company information, and other pertinent data in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Updates:
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of lead interactions, account activities, and notes in Salesforce.
  • Regularly review and cleanse data to maintain database hygiene and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, outreach efforts, and progress in generating qualified leads.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates.
Skills and experience we value

  • 12 years related experience preferred.
  • Previous phone sales/appointment setting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Detailoriented and proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Compensation:
Base pay + commission
