What you will be doingIn this sought after, busy role you will provide high-level support to a partner and the wider team.

The role will be varied and your duties shall include but are not limited to:


  • Extensive diary and inbox management including planning meetings, travel, and conferences
  • Coordinate administration and collaboration across the geographically dispersed team.
  • Assist with document creation and organisation of conference registrations and staff engagements
  • Provide highlevel organisational and administrative support
  • Ensure confidential handling of information and support the broader needs.
  • Liaising with high level clients, prospects and stakeholders
  • Be a part of a team of EA's

To be Successful To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting an Executive
  • High attention to detail + strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills
  • A mature, selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite essential
