Billing Officer to join a global leader in the logistics industry.

As a

Billing Officer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing billing and invoicing for our clients.


The offices are located in Port Botany, however, the role is majority remote with occasional travel to the office required.

& this is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who loves working in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and issuance of invoices
  • Sending invoices to customers and following up to ensure prompt payment.
  • Accurately inputting invoice data into accounting systems and monitoring interfaces for data upload and errors, correcting any errors accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all services rendered are invoiced and uploaded into the accounting system.
  • Processing PBLIS invoicing and following up on requests for credits for approval.
  • Preparing credit notes in a timely and accurate manner once approved.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by interacting with customers to resolve queries related to invoices and billing and looking for ways to improve customer service.
  • Preparing monthly GST reconciliation and updating terminal invoicing systems
  • Accurately and efficiently filing invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with identifying and developing areas of improvement for the invoicing system
  • Preparing reports as required
  • Experience in billing, accounting, invoicing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong systems experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of the Billing process and procedures
  • The Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • The ability to commute to Port Botany for training & other adhoc meetings
