Flexible Part-time role, 4 days a week (Mon to Thur), with the option to extend to full-time- Manage client reporting, database management and office admin
- Flexible leave options, including an additional 2 weeks leave over Christmas
- Salary of $55,000 to $65,000 prorata plus super depending on experience
Reporting to a Senior Campaign Manager, the Marketing Admin Assistant is a key member of the team, covering client reporting, database management, event research and project admin.
What will you do in this role?
- Manage an endtoend telemarketing database process, organising call lists, telemarketing schedules and lead handover
- Produce client reports using campaign metrics from various marketing systems
- Process invoices and job costs in our project management system, checking job budgets are on track and highlighting any errors
- Assist with event research on venues, catering and merchandise options and tracking event budgets. Some onsite event support may also be required
- General office admin such as courier and shipping management, office supplies ordering etc
Who are we looking for?
- A confident Excel/Database user with outstanding attention to detail who can methodically work with data and reports in various forms
- A very organised, proactive person who gets through tasks and helps the team succeed wherever possible
- An excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, who can convey their ideas clearly and concisely
- A critical thinker who isn't afraid to share their ideas and speak up if they see opportunities for improvement in the way we get things done
- A trustworthy team player who understands their role in the team and is comfortable working autonomously when required
- At least 3 years of admin experience working in a corporate office or the public sector
