Workforce Support and eForms Manager


We are recruiting to the Workforce Support and eForms Manager position within Human Resources Corporate - this leadership and mentoring role will suit a collaborative, team player.

You'll focus on leading, training, and coaching a small team responsible for a wide range of functions relating to StaffLink, the Payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related projects.

What you'll be doing:


  • Reporting to and working closely with the Senior HR and Workforce Services Manager and other Senior HR Corporate team members ensuring that key objectives and targets are met.
  • Coordinate, monitor and oversee a range of activities and projects in relation to StaffLink to maintain accurate and up to date data.
  • Responsible for the ongoing professional relationship with HealthShare (Payroll Business partner) and the integrity of StaffLink.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and staff, with a focus on training, coaching and ongoing development in the use of StaffLink and with best practice in mind.
  • Proactively identify and embrace opportunities for continuous improvement and change at all stages of processes and assist the team to proactively identify and suggest ideas for enhancing service delivery for managers and staff.
  • Develop, implement, review and update resources to support line managers and Workforce Support staff in complying with policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Review and assess impacts of legislation, policy, process and system changes as they occur to ensure ongoing effective delivery of services within the Health District as they relate to the position.
  • Develop and maintain cooperative team relationships to support effective exchange of information and contribute to the coordination of work within the team.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and managers across the Health District to support the effective maintenance of StaffLink.
  • Responsibility for internal training and coaching and the development of associated resources.
  • Working with HR and other Workforce teams to streamline processes as required.

  • The Workforce Support and eForms team is located in the Corporate Office at Waratah Campus, a suburb in the beautiful city of Newcastle, NSW. Along with Workforce Support and eForms, the campus is the main hub for a range of units, such as Human Resources, Recruitment, Rostering, Finance, Safety & Risk and much more.
