With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a talented Change Lead to join their Regulation team.
They are looking for an experienced Change Lead to spearhead initiatives related to wholesale energy regulation.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of regulatory changes, fostering efficiency, compliance, and competitiveness in the evolving energy market.

Responsibilities:

Lead endtoend management of change initiatives related to trading and wholesale energy regulation, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, regulatory affairs, operations, finance, and IT to assess the impact of regulatory changes and devise effective implementation strategies.
Drive engagement and support from key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to facilitate successful adoption of regulatory changes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, leveraging key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and business units on change management best practices, fostering a culture of change readiness and resilience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in change management or project management are highly desirable.
Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in the
wholesale energy sector.
