About the role

Reporting to the Investment Architecture & Delivery Management Lead, your role will be responsible for establishing delivery practices for BAU activity.

You will support and manage frameworks designed to identify, monitor and report on all BAU delivery to ensure execution is aligned with the Australia Retail strategic priorities.

You will also manage central oversight of the change capacity and what activity is being delivered.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Reporting to the Investment Architecture & Delivery Management Lead, the role is accountable for managing frameworks designed to define, identify, monitor and report on all BAU delivery in Australia Retail to ensure execution is aligned with the Australia Retail strategic priorities.

The role will also manage central oversight of the change capacity and what activity is being delivered
Managing processes to enable consistency in how BAU programs of work are delivered and uplifting delivery discipline. This extends to managing minimum delivery standards and supporting training of initiative leads who will be accountable for the implementation, integration and adoption of these standards
The scope extends to enabling visibility on the activity and capacity allocation across the division, to support decisions on future activity, capacity, prioritisation and trade-offs
