Super Retail Group have an opportunity for a Distribution Centre Manager on a 15 month contract, for our Perth DC.


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • The DC Manager Perth is responsible for managing a small distribution centre, supporting the Super Retail Group of brands with product flow for trade in Western Australia
  • The DC Manager is an accountable safety leader, driving daily safe work standards and general site safety, managing risk and compliance, with a continued focus on prevention and risk control
  • Is responsible for the DC performance, ensuring ontime and withinbudget delivery of product movements
  • Is a confident people leader, equally comfortable building culture and engagement as they are in dealing with employee relations
  • This role is perfect for an experienced Team Manager or Operations Manager, in a larger format DC, and ready for the next step in their career

About You:


  • This role is ideal for someone who has experience leading a function and teams
  • Experience with high volumes of SKU movements and associated slotting requirements
  • Experienced safety leader and demonstrated ability to drive safety standards and compliance
