Branch Administrator_ to work at our facility based in Sunshine West.
No day will be the same and you'll bring your energy and enthusiasm to work with a friendly, inclusive team who take pride in what they do.
What you can expect from the role
- You'll be the face of the site You'll answer telephone calls and greet customers on site
- You'll provide admin support to the Customer Service and Sales Teams
- You'll be involved in general administration duties such as routine service scheduling, assisting with invoicing and accounts, processing purchase orders, contract administration, reporting
- You'll also be part of site meetings and support them as needed.
What we are looking for
- A selfstarter with demonstrated experience in an administrative role with good attention to detail
- A super star administrator with good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional customer service along with good time management and communication skills
- An individual contributor with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a team setting
- Well presented, dependable team member who will live by the values of the organization
- Experience using an ERP System and knowledge of basic accounting would be advantageous
