CLIENT

Our client is one of the leading companies in insurance building, with a goal to provide their clients with the highest level of service and support.

Now seeking a In Office Building Supervisor to oversee multiple restoration projects, ranging from BAU to Major loss. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. While utilising bespoke technology and a team of experts, that make your work life easier.

THE ROLE

Based in Sunshine Coast
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
Comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards while being in line with company quality standards
Communicate clearly on project status and progress to all stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and affected homeowners

CANDIDATE:

QBCC or Cert IV in Building & Construction
Background in residential building supervision (Insurance building experience is advantageous)
Knowledge of building systems and construction methods
Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
Detailoriented and organised, with strong recordkeeping and documentation skills
