What You'll Do:


  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Negotiate and facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and rent adjustments.
  • Provide topnotch customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly that deliver on our values.

What We're Looking For:


  • A proactive and organized individual with a passion for real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Melbourne's real estate market and regulations is a plus.
  • 35 years' experience property management.
  • Agents Representative certificate or Rela Estate Licence
