There is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Live Operations Assistant on a casual roster.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining live streaming requirements for 9Now as well as working closely with various external vendors.

You will ensure a high-quality
stream of live events by performing all operational and technical requirements.

Day to day includes but won't be limited to:

Test live streams ahead of events and monitor live streams for quality assurance across Sport and entertainment programming
Facilitating all presentation requirements to ensure seamless live streaming and a great experience for the audience
Ensure the quality of ad insertion timing
Log start and end times of each event for reporting purposes
Update the availability times of events as required
Complete operational processes including but not limited to coordinating and publishing replays of events for on demand availability

Qualifications What we would like to see on your resume**:

Ability to work on a 24/7 roster, including weekends
Previous experience in Presentation is highly regarded
A keen interest in broadcast technology and desire to be at the forefront of streaming innovations
A strong attention to detail, methodological decision making & responsive attitude
Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
Strong time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Experience with streaming is advantageous but not essential
