We provide highly robotised 3PL services, utilising our proprietary software and AI technology for fast delivery, quality control and accuracy.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Workit Community team as a Community Associate (Receptionist & Content Creator) for our vibrant co-working space.

The Community team is the heart and soul of our business with the mission to provide the best environment and customer service to our members and to create a unique community of like-minded people.

This is a full-time position based in our Bourke Road, Alexandria Hub.

Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Redirect parcels and courier deliveries
Manage meeting room bookings and assist with event coordination as needed.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Ensure quality and standards and upkeep expectations

Customer Service:

Provide personalized assistance to members, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
Act as a liaison between members and management, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Content Creation:

Create engaging visual content, such as videos, reels and photos highlighting the benefits and unique features of our space.
Collaborate with team members and members to gather stories, testimonials, and photos that showcase the community and its achievements.
Capture photos and videos of our Community Events to share on social media by the Marketing team.

About you
To be successful in this role, we think you will need:

Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hospitality or co-working environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Creativity and proficiency in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and multimedia production.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our members and enhance their experience.
