As a
monitoring Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Providing a high level of security and customer service.
Monitoring assigned premises and controlling access.
Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, offering necessary support.
Assessing and addressing situations of risk promptly.
Conducting access control procedures.
Compiling incident reports and maintaining accurate data logs.
