You will oversee all Global Wholesale functions including

managing the department strategy, wholesale team, managing key agency/account relationships, and developing improving operations and systems. This role will both strategically and operationally maintain and continue to grow wholesale distribution.


Key Responsibilties:

  • Providing management with annual wholesale sales forecasts & strategies by
region, and once approved working with internal team and agents to achieve

these

  • Seasonal reporting management to ensure sales results are presented to
management, and product results and findings are shared with design teams

  • Identifying new business opportunities and appropriate brand placement
  • Analysis retailers' sales reports to ensure our performance is in line with retailers key KPI's. Ensuring any potential risks are communicated to management and working with agents and retailers on initiatives to improve
  • Working closely with Brand Manager and marketing team on wholesale
marketing initiatives to ensure our major accounts are supported through events, visual merchandising digital and in-store marketing opportunities

  • Negotiating retailers trade terms to ensure we are competitive, whilst also
protecting our own margins and overall profitability
