    About the opportunity:

    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll be responsible for business development and the strategic commercial growth across the organisation.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Relationship Builder: Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and business goals.
    • Financial Analysis: Undertake financial modelling for business growth opportunities, including new contract opportunities and growth areas with existing contracts.
    • Operational Effectiveness: Review existing operations and supplier agreements in order to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
    • Risk Management: Negotiate contracts and work within the company's commercial risk parameters and business rules.
    • Strategic: Contribute to the business's strategic direction across NSW & QLD.
    About you:

    We're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager who embodies the following experience and qualifications:
    • Influencer: Skilled at identifying and influencing decision makers.
    • Negotiator: A track recorded in establishing supply agreements whilst navigating commercial risks.
    • Analytical: A data-driven approach and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Collaborative: Strong communication skills and an effective collaborator with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Qualified: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
