If you have a minimum or 1-2 years of experience in customer service in Retail/Sales & Health then you can apply.

All that is required is a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team. The company will provide full training. This role is a Multisite role and would involve working between 2-3 store locations in the Sutherland Shire area.

Responsibilities:

Talking to customers about hearing health to build a strong customer base
Generate leads and meet KPI's
Help customers through the screening process
Explain the results of the tests to customers, and advise on the next steps.

Skills Required:

Love to talk to people and understand their needs
Ability to genuinely connect with people and have sensitive conversations about their health
A naturally empathetic to people
An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable with lead generation
