ABOUT THE COMPANY

One of Australia's biggest media groups are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join ASAP and support their engineering practice with several key deliverables.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of technology projects and initiatives using an agile (scrum) delivery methodology

DUTIES

Collaborate with crossfunctional engineering teams to manage the endtoend delivery of technology projects
Drive and implement agile practices including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles
Leverage technical expertise to remove impediments for software engineers
Uphold rigorous quality assurance practices

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A very strong technical background including previously working as a Solution Architect / Designer, Software Engineer / Developer or QA
Hands on experience as a Delivery Manager / Lead, Scrum Master or Iteration Manager
Ideally have worked within media before or a similarly customer focused industry including Retail, FMCG etc
