  • Become a vital part of our caring team at Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) in Wyong as a Children & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Team Clinician, impacting the lives of children and adolescents who require support. About You

  • Degree qualification/s and AHPRA registered in either Nursing or Psychology or Occupational Therapy, or Degree qualification in either Social Work or Social Science,
  • Post graduate experience working within a Mental Health or Child and Adolescent Mental Health service.
  • Experience working within a crisis intervention model of care. A valid NSW Driver's licence and Working with Children check is required for the role

Where You'll be Working

  • You will be situated within the Consultation and Assessment Team of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), which operates in an assertive outreach capacity. Specifically, the service focuses on providing consultation and mental health assessments for young people under 18 years old who are grappling with moderate to severe mental health problems or disorders.
  • The service provides assertive outreach and intensive case management, specifically aimed at engaging young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems/disorders.
