What is the day-to-day like?

Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to maximise ROI and revenue
Collaborate with both marketing and sales leaders on campaign design and execution
Create and evangelise a campaign framework
Work with the content team to develop campaign messaging and iterate where needed
Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
Develop multichannel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioural data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue

What experience and skills do I need?

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience
Experience in marketing campaigns
Proven project management skills
Ability to prioritise both projects and stakeholders
Motivated selfstarter who can seize opportunities with some direction
Must be comfortable operating in a fastpaced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
Experience improving SEO metrics
Ability to think critically and solve problems
