    • Looking to join one of Australia's most integral federal government departments ? One that takes care of all Australians and their overall health? This department helps to make life of all Australians better and is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

    Working in either the Sydney or Brisbane office, your choice, you will be involved in application support, configuration, management and maintenance in their cloud environment.

    Aside from the above you will be responsible for:

  • Configure and manage application in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
  • Configuring SAML and other SSO
  • Documentation of changes / updates / procedures
  • Troubleshooting the cloud environment
  • Working in a Terraform environment
    • Please note, this role is with a federal government department so you must be able to get a baseline security clearance .

    This means you must have Australian Citizenship with the ability to get this clearance.

    Other than the ability to get a baseline clearance we are keen to speak with candidates that have:

  • Experience in AWS and Azure cloud environments
  • Application support experience
  • Configuration of applications in cloud environments
  • SSO knowledge in Azure AD (or similar)
  • ZScaler or Cloudflare knowledge beneficial
  • Terraform and GitLab experience beneficial
  • ITIL knowledge would be advantageous
    • On offer to the successful candidate will be a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months (and 12 month extension ) with daily rates based on your skills and experience .

    You will be based in the Sydney or Brisbane office with a 2 / 3 day work from home split.
