Salary ranging from $116,211 - $128,061 plus employers' contribution to superannuation & annual leave loading


Your role


The Operational Training team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage the team.

The Operational Training Team facilitates operational training across the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery (CTSD) division of DCJ.


What you'll do
The Operational Training Team is one of the business areas within Support Services.

As part of the Support Services team, you will Manage and lead the daily operations of the Operational Training Team ensuring that delivery of training and communication activities, including the development of training collateral, is meeting the demands of the broader CTSD division.


You will also:

  • Ensure the efficient delivery of training to business areas throughout the CTSD division
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with our internal stakeholders at DCJ
  • Ensure that training offerings are meeting the demands of business areas through a process of regularly reviewing training courses, materials, and the mode of delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and the Operational Training Team on an ongoing basis to manage logistics for training, to support and implement communication and training activities, approaches, and plans.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff within the area of responsibility including the implementation of strategies that promote ethical behaviour, create a safe working environment, minimise workplace issues and maximise performance and enhance skills.

What we're looking for
As part of this role, interstate travel may be required as necessary.
