The opportunity to join our team

As a Specialist - Leadership, Talent, and Learning, your primary focus will be on supporting the delivery of programs and solutions that enhance leadership capabilities, talent development, and continuous learning across Insignia Financial.

You will deliver what matters by:

Owning logistics for workshops, training, and learning events
Managing communication and participant enrolment for programs
Supporting the delivery and development of learning content and materials, including presentations, job aids, and elearning modules
Contributing to the delivery of learning, talent, and leadership solutions for example supporting to run talent reviews or leadership courses
Providing responsive and proactive support to address inquiries and requests
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors/partners

What you will bring to the team:

Strong organisational and project management skills, adept at multitasking
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Detailoriented, committed to delivering highquality work
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Techsavvy, experienced in HRIS, elearning design, or LMS
Interest in developing or honing facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills
Certification in relevant areas such as coaching, change management, or instructional design is a plus
