About The Role

As a Head of Product, you will set the strategy for, and manage one of Sportsbet's key Product portfolios to ensure Sportsbet's ongoing success as a leader in the digital landscape. This role involves leadership of a fantastic team of Product Managers and a broad Product Portfolio, and sits on the Product Leadership Team

Reporting into the GM of Product, you'll provide input into the overall Product strategy and drive alignment across the business through senior stakeholder management. You'll have the opportunity to shape not only what we deliver for customers, but also how we operate, to be as effective as possible in our pursuit of creating brilliant customer experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and develop a team of talented product managers
Drive portfolio thought leadership through expert understanding of category landscape, including consumer needs, portfolio strengths and weaknesses, competitor positioning, regulatory constraints and technology opportunities.
Define Product portfolio strategy, aligned to Sportsbet strategy.
Establish quarterly focus areas with supporting roadmap to deliver portfolio strategy.
