    This is a fantastic opportunity to and has created an impactful and cutting-edge product that is driving positive change. They are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Head of Product to play a pivotal role in shaping their success.

    As a Technical Product Manager, you will be one of the key members of their journey. They are looking for someone with a solid technical background and a passion for product development to drive the vision and execution of their product roadmap. While supporting engineering and development efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a software solution that is focused on improving the work of healthcare professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and values.
    • Understanding technical requirements and translating them into product features.
    • Understand the market and customer needs to keep driving the product to the forefront of its market.
    • Foster collaboration and implement agile and lean methodologies throughout the organisation.
    • Facilitate the prioritisation of initiatives that achieve business goals.
    • Be the key interface on the product side for the commercial team.

    Key Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Technical Head of Product or similar role, preferably in a startup environment that is rapidly scaling.
    • The ability to work autonomously and display strong leadership to drive the growth of a product.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
