About the role

As the Compliance Response Officer, you will have the authority and responsibility to address and mitigate issues and risks across various activities.

This position demands a seasoned professional who can provide effective leadership, strategic planning, resource management, and performance oversight to a team within the labour hire compliance domain.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Lead and manage compliance officers, providing daily guidance and fostering a highperforming team environment.
Oversee operational activities in alignment with KPIs, ensuring prompt and effective responses to critical matters.
Support and supervise team coordinators to optimize their performance.
Contribute to the development and implementation of risk profiles, compliance policies, quality processes, and escalation protocols.
Monitor and report on work output, quality, and impact against established standards.
Provide expert operational advice on nonroutine matters.

About You

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Ability to provide daytoday leadership, guidance, and support to compliance officers and coordinators.
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Extensive understanding of compliance practices, legislation, policies, and regulations related to labour hire or relevant area.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide operational advice, interact with stakeholders, and convey complex information clearly.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
