Our client is looking for an AP Officer on a permanent basis due to continued expansion and new projects being won.
Paying $65-68,000 pa + super, the role offers great flexibility with the need to be in the office just 2 days a week unless of course you'd like more.

The Opportunity
The Accounts Payable Officer sits within the Finance Team reporting to the Finance Manager and contributes to Healthy Land and Water's business outcomes of 'Creating Value'.
The responsibilities of the role are to ensure that all weekly suppliers and statutory obligations are paid within set deadlines and that the general ledger is accurate and up to date at all times.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the shared Accounts mailbox
- Performing coding and data entry of purchase invoices in Wiise and SharePoint accordingly
- Obtaining all delegated authority approvals throughout the process
- Reconciling payment files, AP Ledgers, invoices and supplier bank accounts
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
- Raising purchase orders in a timely manner
- Maintaining systems, records, invoices, and supplier information
- Providing assistance to monthly and EOFY activities and reporting
- Assisting with project and process improvements
- User testing new processes and systems relevant to Accounts Payable and Finance
About You
Ideally, you will share our vision to lead the change that will deliver an environment for future generations to thrive.
You will be highly motivated and can work autonomously in agreed timeframes.To be successful in this role, you will have all or many of the following requirements:
- High attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience in AP/AR
- Ability to prioritize and deliver within set timeframes
- Experience using Wiise software (ideal)
- Experience in Project costing environment (ideal)
