About the role

The People Experience Coordinator reports to the Manager, People Experience and will be responsible for undertaking a range of administration tasks to support the Safety and Wellbeing team, Organisational Development team and the Recruitment team.

You will use your initiative to prioritise workflows in delivering high-quality human resources services and support to enhance employee experience aligned to EPA's strategic priorities, to prevent harm to Victorian communities and the environment from pollution and waste.

About you

To be successful in this role you should have demonstrated experience in human resource advisory, delivering high level human resources services to a range of client groups and contributing to the development of higher performing team culture by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.


In addition, you should have relevant experience in:

  • Actively contribute the development of a positive and high performing team culture, including by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
  • Understanding of Success Factors LMS program and ability to create new events, trainings and deploy new modules.
  • Support the Safety and Wellbeing team with updating compliance, coordinating OHS activities (Flu vaccination, fruit supplies, work from home, First Aid Training and supply etc), preparing agenda and minutes for Health & Safety committees.
  • Coordinate employee training and induction with the Organisational Development Team. Support the Learning Administrator with the Learning system and preparing detailed reports.
  • Coordinate the procurement activities, processing invoicing and ensure system updates are implemented in a timely manner
