About The Role:

Based in Sydney Australia this will be a maternity cover role initially joining on a
6-9 months contract. You will report to the Global Head of P&C and you will be the standalone P&C representative for Australia.


Day To Day You will:


  • Advise and support the leadership team on people and culture matters to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives, programs, and policies to create a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist managers and employees with performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent aligned with company values.
  • Coach managers and provide training to support employee development and growth.
  • Analyse people metrics to identify opportunities and support datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay informed on best practices
  • Support organisational change initiatives and guide employees through transitions

What you will bring:


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or in a similar HR & Recruitment role within Australia
  • Indepth knowledge of Australian employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of successfully driving and executing people and culture initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs at a global scale
